4th of July is this week and this no-churn apple turnover ice-cream is simply perfect! A smooth, melt in your mouth ice-cream that requires no ice-cream machine. Itβs made with fresh apples cooked in a spiced compote and flaky puff pastry. It tastes amazing and classically American. It only needs 5 ingredients!

I know this will make me sound like a dick but I was hoping for an actual recipe. This is just shop bought filling and cream
What brand of pastry did you use?
Me looking at the ingredients while in eastern Europe where the peak of vegan products is tofu π₯²
I can buy condensed coconut milk. Do you think it would taste too much coconut or would it be okay?
