Classic with just a little mayo and lemon. I diced celery too. I like the crunch.

    Looks great. If you like “crunch,” do half diced celery and half diced green apple. I did this to my father who swears by the “Bah-stan lobstah role;” he loved it in the moment. Once I told him what was in it, he beat me with jumper cables.

    Looks delicious. Place in Maine added tarragon and it worked as an alternative to chives etc

    Real lobstah rolls use butter, not mayo! Kinda kidding, I know it’s preference and these look good!
