decided to splurge and try dry aged steak. it was really good, although i didn’t notice what dry aging added. yes, i did try a piece before i added the peppers. I do love me a spicy steak

    Love ribeye and very spicy food. Never tried dry aged. Not attracted to the idea or the price. The look of dry aged meat in general looks rotten(not your photo) so it s not appetizing
