100% italian let’s make some kacho pepe last time i started a video like that you guys came from my passport take it easy it’s all going to be fine i’m going to show you how to make a great italian dish and it’s not a big deal first you’re going to grate your cheese you want to use pecorino cheese the biggest mistake that i see people make is using parmesan cheese that’s going to give you a really lumpy sauce use pecarino then you’re going to take your peppercorns and you’re actually going to just smush them up a little bit if you have a mortar and pestle that would be great kacho pepe means cheese and pepper super simple takes about 20 minutes water boiling and salt aggressively i mean aggressively get your pan ready and just drizzle some olive oil on the pan i like to add a little bit of garlic i know you guys are gonna flip out over it trust me it’s fine then you’re going to throw the peppercorns in the pan and put the heat on medium to low and just let it toast it’s almost like popcorn not looking for this to really fry you’re just looking it to release some flavors and just all come together when the water boils make sure you’re using spaghetti you can use thick spaghetti sometimes i use bukatini too the water’s boiling get that pasta in there if you break it they come for you and they call you olive garden italian trust me been there done that pasta’s been boiling for a few minutes you’re going to grab some of that starchy water drop it into your cheese and you’re going to let that all melt together and make a cheese sauce you grab a fork and you mix it in you’re going to add some of that starchy water to your peppers add your cheese then you drain the pasta mix it all together grab it you spin it and you serve it top it off with some pepper drizzle some chabatada with oil a little bit of salt that’s like the classic italian midnight snack and there you have it

  1. I don't know why hearing people say "pasta" bothers me … growing up, we called it macaroni no matter the noodle. except spaghetti…. everything else is macaroni

  2. So you start the cheese out in a bowl instead of putting it in the pan. It makes sense but I've never seen it done that way. I can do this.

  3. Awesomeness. Italian and Sicilian food is so delicious in its simplicity. I love everything Italian (except sometimes my American Sicilian husband. He’s a beast).

  4. Another complete wrong italian receipe. As you said cacio cheese and pepper only is used as ingredients to the the dish. There is no ‚aglio‘ (garlic). Dont mess with traditions!

  5. Lmao I saw the last video with the sauce when they came for your neck hahahha… I liked it and this one lol
