[Music] oh y a’t your big beer here I was at the store grabbing some meat for fajitas I went looking for that fajita marinade and I got to looking at the ingredients and I figured hey I got all these here at the house I went back and started making my own concoction and started off with this salt and pepper if I had onion powder I’d use that I had that onion salt and I got that garlic powder smoked paple and then we got the Chipotle chili pen in there with a whole bunch of Cuma and then I chopped up some fresh cantro we grabbed that garlic smashed it through that press and I grabbed me a lime split it in half and squeezed out all them juices now we’re going to hit it real hard with that olive oil and then we’re going to get everything well Incorporated it should be looking something about like that right child and you better ready to throw in that meat I got this thin cut steak then we got a handful of shrimp and then a bunch of chicken thighs we’re going to let that marinate in the fridge for a couple hours and then I’ll Stick Around see what’s next
