Please help me with my macarons. I have never had issues until last night and today. My macarons have always come out decent looking enough. I have never had them cracking nor have I ever had issues with getting feet on them.
I haven't changed my recipe. What could cause my macarons to look like this:

Edit: I should add this is my third batch that has turned out as such
For this third batch I tried getting a better brand of flour but it resulted in the same as the last two
Weak meringue, temp too high you need to lower it
What recipe do you use? And do you have an oven thermometer, the temp could be off
So you’ve done successful macs in the past with this recipe, but now have issues?
I’d guess humidity. Not resting long enough could do this, but if it’s too humid, your macs could be absorbing moisture instead of drying. But, could be other issues (or a combination). Check the section on cracked shells.

Mine looked a lot like these when my almond flour was too oily. I followed the advice from someone in this subredit to kinda of dry it in the oven with paper towels and it fixed my issue. Now I know how to identify too oily almond flour, when you squeeze it with your hand it will form a very defined clump.
Just wanted to double check – what kind of tray do you use when you put the macarons in the oven? From the photo it looks like a grill tray (the standard ones you get with ovens). You may just be using that to rest your macs after baking – but, if you do use the grill tray to bake your macs, could defo be the issue
