Hey people of the UK food subreddit! I tried to post this on casual UK, but they removed it and said to post here, hopefully I'll have more luck.
The old BBQ sauce you used to get with the Chicken Selects at McDonald's was one of my favourite sauces on the planet. Since they discontinued it and replaced it with the new stuff, I've been looking for copycats.
Wondering if anyone else has been on a similar journey and has recommendations?
I'm looking for something with that nice smoke flavour and the surprising kick of spice it had.
