[Music] hello welcome to my kitchen today I’m going to be making a chicken broccoli casserole this is a very old crockot that my dad passed down to me i’m not sure how old but it’s it’s pretty old i do know that okay so I’m going to start with the broccoli all right just going to dump in that whole thing okay so we’re going to season the broccoli and the chicken so I’m going to start with some salt all right pepper i measure with my heart by the way so uh if you want to count the amount of shakes I use that might be helpful i’m going to go in with some ranch seasoning all right some onion powder garlic powder some parsley now I’m going to layer on top of it the chicken so that the juices um cover the broccoli and the broccoli is not just cooking dry on top wash your hands after you touch the chicken i’m going to do the same seasonings on the chicken so let’s do the salt pepper i like my food pretty peppery so add the ranch seasoning and I’m going to cover the chicken pretty good in that the garlic onion parsley i’m going to plug this this bad boy in and I’m going to put it on high and it’s going to cook I would say for 5 to 6 hours so I will see you later and I’ll show you what to do after that all right now we’re going to shred it it’s been let’s see one it’s been like 5 hours 5 hours is good enough so we’re going to shred all the chicken don’t mind the outfit change i uh we were going to go to the pool and then it was too crowded and so we stayed home but that’s why I look different so I’m going to shred this and then come back so now I’m going to add in say half a block of cream cheese after you shred it and I’m just going to It’s already It’s already hot so it’s going to melt a bit all right now we’re going to be adding a can of cream of onion and a can of cream of chicken [Music] all right the cream of chicken comes out way better so all right so we’re going to give this a good mix i’m now going to add two handfuls of sharp cheddar cheese so one handful there’s two and stir that together okay now we’re going to add the mix into the pan now you can crush some Ritz crackers and top it i’m gluten-free so I’m going to be using gluten-free crackers and topping it now we’re going to coat the top with the crackers i would have shredded mine more finely but gluten-free crackers are kind of harder so and I don’t have a metal mallet anymore i lost mine in the move so I’m sure there’s other ways I could have crunched them but this is good all right i’m gonna spray the top of it with this spray it’s a popcorn seasoning spray but you can also use it to cook tastes like butter spray the top of yours with whatever you want all right I set the oven for 375 and I’m going to be cooking it for 35 minutes so this is what it looks like after my husband is going to be my taste tester super hot still what would you rate it one out of 10 and you’re going to be my honest reviewer you have to review honestly on a scale of 1 to 10
