This is probably one of the best sauces I've ever had. Good amount of heat but the rosemary hint really shines through. Highly highly recommend it. Their Loca Lola sauce is my second favorite but all of their stuff is amazing.

I know the owner of Quarantine, and he is incredibly nice. That sauce is super tasty. I have tried the entire spectrum of his sauces. Try ‘Bullhead’ it’s not his best selling sauce, but the smoked serrano, and habanero flavor is awesome on almost any of the meats I have had it on. You won’t be disappointed.

If you want another sauce with rosemary in it, try Formosa Ghost Pepper.
It’s fucking *delicious*, and the rosemary is definitely very present in the flavor profile.
