So I finally saved enough extra and bought the Junior.

Got to say, it had one of the nicest packaging I ever saw, so many layers and thick walls to prevent damage.
And is just big enough for me and wife.

So I blame and thanks this sub, for popping so often that I decided for the joe. 😀 can't wait foe the weekend and try all the stuff I see here.

  1. The thirteen inch (give or take) is also perfect for the two of us and can be stretched to accommodate four if I choose the protein with size and numbers in mind. Congrats on your purchase. What is your first cook? I enjoy my grill so much, I get excited when others share their purchases.

Congratulations on your purchase! I’m looking to get a junior myself. How heavy is it? They say it is portable, how realistic is it to move around and take to the park or beach?

Just a warning, kamado joe jr is like a gateway drug. Soon enough you’ll be wanting the classic and big Joe….

I’ll be honest. At first glance I thought you had that thing crammed in a baby’s high chair and I thought, “aww what a cute little guy!”

  4. I saw this and thought it was a 3d printed one that was packaged up. Junior is my next one to go with the BJ3.

I recently got KJ Jr. for $300 brand new. I love the size and plan to take it on vacation with me. I love the idea that I can have all that cooking versatility in a small package. I like to cook outdoors on vacation. Resturant food is nice, but I like being able to do a Rib Eye that comes out better than the resturants serve up. Congrats on your KJJ! Enjoy!
