    I enjoy no wrap more, but the different things I can do with wrapped has kept me experimenting. And yours look good.

    Sheez, those look freakin scrumptious!!! Like you, I used to wrap; but I converted to no-wrap and haven’t looked back. There’s superior bark and it’s harder to overcook/steam when they’re naked. Cheers! 😋🤌

    My last smoke on father’s day i did both. Loved the no wrap bark, but the wrap were softer and tender. But the leftovers the next day i found the wrapped held up better and my nowrap were definitely less moist. Today im doing 5hrs of no wrap but saucing them in the smoker after that to seal in some moisture, without compromising the bark. Im new to this so this is my attempt at a happy in-between technique. Time will tell, they are still in there. Happy Canada Day!

    I love no wrap, every time I consider doing something elaborate wrap I say to myself what did people in the 50’s do on a kettle
