Anything noticeably wrong with this jalapeño pepper?
It's losing some leaves and just doesn't seem strong. Can confirm it is flowering and its neighbor green pepper is producing using the same setup.

Looks quite etoliated so it’s probably not getting enough sun. Looks like the leaves have some sort of fungus or nutrient issue going on.

Soil is way too wet, try tilling the soil with a fork. Careful not to hurt the plant

I know those fabric pots dry quickly, but drainage may be a factor. I would assume that the roots are not too stretched out yet, so maybe amend with perlite under and around the root ball.
