Pretty standard tori chintan shoyu but I added Maple Syrup instead of Brown sugar to both the chashu and tare. Also added a tablespoon of Maple Syrup extract to the tare to have more Maple come through.
Served 10 bowls and honestly pouring the syrup on the chashu was bomb. Highly recommend.
