I’ve been lurking/learning for a few weeks now.

Cook:
•Oven at 250 degrees for 25 minutes (salt only)
•Placed in fridge for 10 minutes
•Seared on max heat for 60 seconds each side with avocado oil
•Basted with garlic and butter on low heat for a few minutes
•Let sit for a grueling 10 minutes on the cutting board

Costco ribeye, $24.99 per pound (sorry no before pic)

    not bad at all. you could have rested it a little longer and you would have less juice escape, but it still looks delicious.

    I prefer it a little more rare but that’s a perfect cook if you’re going for a medium, and I would happily devour the whole thing.
