I was told they age it in champagne barrels. Very mild, even for a cider. Refreshing with faint green apples.

  2. A lot of this is going on in Champagne right now – Cidrerie de Verzy and Korrigans Cidre (Romain Henin) are two of the most hyped ones currently.
