[Applause] let’s make a custard bulava roll start by preparing the semolina custard combine milk vanilla bean paste fine smolina and sugar continuously stir until it thickens then whisk in an egg followed by butter for extra richness process pistachios until fine then prepare the fill or pastry by buttering six sheets and laying them over each other scoop the cooled custard onto the filler and create an even layer all over leaving a 2 cm border around the edge generously sprinkle the pistachos all over the custard create the Scroll starting from the bottom bring in the sides then roll upward finishing seam side down one final brush of butter and score the pastry to create the slices bake until golden and delicious serve your custard Bavaro as is or with a drizzle of syrup and Joy
