Four pounds of chopped round roast, Yukon gold and a sweet potato, two fat onions, three carrots and a head of broccoli, with a pint of low sodium beef stock and Guinness Extra Stout. Seasoned with cumin , white pepper and a dash of cinnamon. In the oven at 275 for six hours.
