hi guys good morning and welcome back to my channel um this morning I’m making beans for breakfast I’m making canalone beans I’m using canned beans so I have my beans here which I’ve washed and [Music] drained I’m just going to go ahead and add some olive oil to My Pan [Music] here I have some chopped onions I’m using pink onions today you can use red onions or or white or brown onions uh I’ve got about three cloves of garlic finally chopped and I’ve got some chopped Tomatoes here and I have some chopped cilantro to garnish at the end so go ahead and add my onions my garlic and my [Music] tomatoes I like this salt for couple of minutes [Music] then I’ll go ahead here and I’ll add in about a tablespoon of tomato py [Music] I’m using plant-based milk almond milk here so I’m just going to go ahead here and add a little bit of milk say about half of a cup milk [Music] I’ll just add my [Music] beans and then I’ll go with my seasoning adding here a little bit of salt little bit of black [Music] pepper a little bit of dry th [Music] I’m just going to go ahead and add a little bit of hot water put half cup I’ll give that a [Music] stir and I let the water I cover it and let the water [Music] evaporate so beans is done switch this off I’m just going to garnish this with some chopped coriander [Music] leaves there you have it guys my breakfast beans here use I’m using um calone beans I’ll just dish some out here for you and show you [Music] [Music] [Music] and there you have it guys here’s my breakfast beans I can have I’m having this with toast you can have it with any type of bread and I’m used I’ve used candalon beans here thank you for watching guys and I see you in the next video
