    No recipe, just wanted something a little different. 4 strips bacon cooked, then sauteed 4 large cloves of garlic for 30 sec before adding rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup frozen spinach. I had extra frozen pasta, and rolled out a little for the casings.

    Manicotti is usually filled with ricotta but to each their own to find something that they like!

    This sub is hilarious bro. People in here being like “it’s just manicotti” but if you had called it manicotti you would have had the other troglodytes in this sub screaming at you that Italians would never stuff manicotti with chicken. I hate it here.
