Ignore the charcoal chicken. Let me know if you want the recipe but its very straight forward and sooo good. Does not feel as though you’re “dieting”.

Note 1: I usually use low fat tasty cheese which would bring calories and fat down even lower, but just used coles pizza blend cheese as it’s what we had.

Note 2: yes, use the “pizza” sauce over the pasta sauce, as it contains much less additives – this has only 4 ingredients – basil, tomato, olive oil and salt. Lower calories and tastes great.

4 Star Mince – 220cal 26.7p 4.7f 0c 0fibre
Pizza Sauce – 52cal 1.6p 0f 9.5c 2.9fibre
Cheese – 81cal 6.5p 6.1f 0c 0fibre
Olive Oil – 30cal 0p 3.4f 0c 0fibre
TOTAL – 703cal 58.2p 16.2f 56.8c 12.2fibre

Pricing for 8 servings:
1kg 4 star mince – $15
2 x protein penne – $4.80
2 x pizza sauce – $5
200g pizza cheese – $2.70 (700g pack is $9.50)
Oil is negligible – assuming you have already

$27.50 for 8 meals, or $3.44 per meal.
