- Got the app-only Balanced Macros bowl from Chipotle and entered in nutrient values from the website. I know portions depend on the teenage cook behind the counter that day, but I'll take their word for it lol
- You can make a trip to the supermarket before hitting up Chipotle and use just about any tortilla you like depending on goals and health (like gluten-free, high-protein, etc).
- The one listed (Xtreme Wellness Spinach and Herbs) has high fiber values (which I don't get a lot of normally), and it's a really big, soft-textured, and mostly taste-neutral tortilla for only 70 cals which is really neat.
- Been almost 8 hours since this meal and I probably can sleep the night wanting nothing else — won't do that though, will probably down a protein shake / fry a tofu block to fill in the day. Not bad for half of my allowed calories, though.

Chipotle and subway are basically the only fast food I can enjoy on this diet haha
