OLIVE TAPENADE
1 cup of green olives
1 ½ cup Kalamata olives
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup good quality of olive oil
½ cup greater parmesan cheese
In a food processor, pulse the garlic and olives until into small pieces. Pour all the olives into a bowl. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil and parmesan cheese. Mix everything to combine and pour into a jar and keep in the refrigerator. It can be served as a dip with sliced bread or crackers, and can be topped on pizza or focaccia bread.
TAPENADA DE AZEITONAS
1 xícara de azeitonas verdes
1 ½ xícara de azeitonas Kalamata
6 dentes de alho
1 colher de sopa de suco de limão
1 colher de sopa de raspas de limão
1 xícara de nozes torradas
1 xícara de azeite de oliva de boa qualidade
½ xícara de queijo parmesão ralado
Em um processador de alimentos, bata o alho e as azeitonas até que fiquem em pedaços pequenos. Despeje todas as azeitonas em uma tigela. Adicione o suco de limão, as raspas de limão, o azeite e o queijo parmesão. Misture tudo e despeje em um pote, mantendo na geladeira. Pode ser servido como molho com fatias de pão ou biscoitos, e pode ser usado como cobertura em pizzas ou focaccias.
[Music] welcome friends to my kitchen i’m making some ficasha and I need to put a topping because I want to use it for an appetizer and so I’m going to make olive tapenad this is a delicious topping for anything or even for a dip or even to put in a sandwich i put here four cloves of garlic and now I have some green olives um You put as much or as many as you like i have green olives and then I want colamado olives colamato olives have a very different flavor than a green olive so I’m going to put a little bit more of the calamato olives this I use this a lot for making paninis or any kind of sandwich you want to make pizza i love this i can just eat this with um crackers it makes a nice dip so I’m going to blend all this you want to kind of blend it but not a paste um kind of mix all this i also have some walnuts in my oven toasting you want some um kind of nuts okay i’m going to put a good olive oil i’m going to put everything I have here you want a very good olive oil for this not the cheap stuff anyway and you just blend it blend it everything i I used to have this in my refrigerator all the time in a jar but these days I try to not eat as much so I don’t make it but I’m going to make I’m making a ficasha bread to make as an appetizer for a friend and I’ve been trying to think okay what kind of toppings this is perfect for that perfect with some Parmesan cheese on top have a I’m going to put this into a bowl because I need to get my walnuts so you want this like this if you make this you will be addicted to this like I said when I make paninis you can put this mix this with some mayonnaise and spread this in the bottom m delicious and I just happen to have everything home so I’m going to wait for my walnuts and then I’m going to mix them and then we add it to this okay my walnuts are toasted i’m going to put a h big handful okay I put four more cloves of garlic cuz I don’t taste very much garlic in that and I’m going to blend all that okay and we’re going to add this to the olives you don’t need no salt in this cuz the olives have plenty of salt if you make this in the summer and have this in your fridge all the time you will get addicted i’m going to put some lemon zest and lemon juice you can add some Parmesan cheese if you like i’ll probably add it when I do the ficasha okay now I need the juice i put one one half and then I’ll see if I need more juice okay and you mix all this okay I’m going to try it in one of these gluten-free crackers and you can serve this just like that or with little baguettes the bread baguette bread and just put it on top it is so good doesn’t need nothing else i’m going to put this in a jar and then I’m going to use this on top of my ficasha and it’ll be delicious so to make this summer make something different this spring make something different make this dip keep it in your fridge you mix this with mayonnaise and put it in a sandwich delicious on pizza delicious and on anything on chicken you can put this over chicken delicious anyway you give a try to this recipe i will leave the recipe in the description so you can try it have a good day here’s my olive tanad okay here it is my olive topanad on a ficasha bread and then also serve as a dip with some bread at my friend’s
