Today's meal was a quick and easy salad, based around a bottom layer of farro and a bed of mixed greens. I added some diced cucumbers, and seared some tomatoes with tumeric, coriander, and cumin, and seared some diced red onions with sumac and cumin. The chicken was a pre shredded rotisserie chicken, heated with some tumeric, red pepper flakes, and cumin. The salad was topped with feta cheese and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
