From an undisclosed spot in Massachusetts.. we have terrible BBQ and I will never forgive my ancestors for choosing New England as their home.

    Brisket planking.

Interesting. The one inch cut doesn’t hurt the stability of the beam.

That brisket only passes one type of finger test

    🖕🏻

I thought it was one of those “Is it steak or cake” things. Definitely cake and very dry.

  4. static-klingon

Thought that was a slice of banana bread at first

  5. Dam that is THICC. Cafeteria at work will do that. Do people actually want thick slices?

  6. Seasoned_By_Smoke

If you had 2 pieces like that you could rub them together and start a fire

I didn’t know Lincoln Riley opened his own joint.

The banana bread looks decent, so where’s the brisket?

  9. Glass_While_6804

That’s something right there. Whoever sliced that doesn’t give af

Seema dry and thick but sometimes it happend. Everybody may make bad brisket. Making bbq is hard. Some recipies harder than others. Making good brisket is challange. Keep going and make bbq. Over and over. İt will be good.

You might not forgive your ancestors but you have a chance to move.

In MN we joke about our Scandinavian roots and we still wonder why, when they had the chance to settle somewhere warm, they chose Minnesota.

  12. BTs in Sturbridge was the only decent bbq. I will not comment on the photo.

This reminds me of that TV show called “is it cake”.

Haha. Grew up in the south. Worst BBQ I ever had in my life was in CT. And it wasn’t cheap!

  15. Many-Inspector8937

Is it just cut too thick or is it actually bad?

  16. Many-Inspector8937

Everybody’s talking shit. But is it just cut too thick?

  17. Go to BT’s in Sturbridge, only decent spot in the north east.

  18. PlentyAlbatross7632

I’ll bet you could sand wood with that

It’s can pass to build a house. Bricket by bricket. 😂

  20. Shoot, I live in the LA metro area and we have better BBQ than that!

  21. ClockEast1986

Looks like the brisket decided to look like a meatloaf, but we all know it’s just a burnt brisket!

  22. We’re supposed to be fingering our brisket? I have so much to learn..

Bark was a combination of salt, pepper, and viagra
