So I am on a calorie deficit of 1800 but the reason im on this reddit is because im diabetic and the low calorie meals is ideal for my blood sugar and I like to get inspiration <3.

I am on a GLP-1 and on the first 2-3 days i can eat as low as 1500. Im so sad (not really just bummed) because I dont take pictures of what I eat and I wanna be aesthetic so bad 😭 I had a perfect day of 1484 calories. So im just gonna post what i ate via macrofirst because I have to show somebody 👀

Breakfast –
Spinach, Bacon, and Egg sandwich with cheese
Raspberry greek yogurt bowl with chocolate and peanut butter

Lunch –
Cottage cheese salad
Half a serving of dollar tree brim hot cheetos
Great value low fat yogurt tube

Dinner –
Chicken broccoli alfredo pizza
A serving of brim hot cheetos (so good i had to have them twice)

Also yes i snacked on chicken breast while i was packing my lunch for work lol
