
Pork loin rolls on the grill. My dad makes an unbelievably good marinade. This man is truly awesome, just had a very traumatic experience and a heart transplant in April.
Here he is throwing it down on his charcoal Weber and making the most killer grilled pork. Yes it's safe, and delicious, to eat even though it's pink, it's smoked and at least 145 degrees (he ate the well done parts per Dr orders)

Nice. Pork loin is a super healthy cut for cardiac patients (leaner than chicken breast).
Was a heart transplant supposed to make him forget how to cook?
