First time….flavor was amazing. Rigged up a thing to rest the flat skewers on…..had a few casualties with the meat falling off the skewer directly on to the coals (which actually tasted amazing and I (of course) risked an arm and a good pair of tongs to rescue them…)

Any tips on how to get the meat to stick on the skewers during the cook? I think I may not have mixed the meat enough to get it truly “sticky”.
