I’m in the same boat! I just purchased my big Joe 2 this past Saturday, it was delivered on Tuesday, and all I’ve done to it is the initial burn. Man I’m excited for the holiday weekend so I can play around with it… I’m debating what to cook on it first, a brand new kamado and what to break it in with are real great problems to have!
