friday

breakfast: onion, spinach and mushroom omelette with cucumber and tomatoe on a side

snack: skyr vanila with pumpkin seeds

lunch: haddock with veggies (potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, courgette)

2nd snack: apple, pear, walnuts

saturday

breakfast: oats with milk, iso protien powder, blueaberries and toasted almond flakes

snack: vanila skyr with hazelnut and blueberries

lunch: tuna salad (tuna, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red pepper, sweetcorn and greek yoghurt)

2nd snack: pear and almonds.
