    This is very interesting and I appreciate the work you did with graphs and links in the article to show the direct results of your efforts.

    I’m based in the USA, and licensing for something like this would be a major hurdle unless you were able to pour under an existing liquor license. Curious how that is worked out in Europe? Are you licensed as a bar to run the pop ups or are you piggybacking off the hosting venues license?
