Feta Cheese Börek (with Filo Dough and Butter)
Ingredients:
1 package (about 400g) filo dough, thawed if frozen
200g feta cheese, crumbled
100g unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
1- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line a round baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with melted butter.

2- Preheat your oven to 380°F (195°C).

3- Handle the Filo Dough: Unroll the filo dough and keep it covered with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.

4- Layer with Butter: Take one sheet of filo dough and add a light layer of melted butter across the surface.
Place a second sheet on top and again add a bit of melted butter.

5- Add Filling and Roll: After every two sheets, sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese and a few drops of melted butter evenly.

6- Roll the Dough: Gently roll the layered filo with the filling into a long log. Repeat the process with the remaining filo and cheese.

7- Form the Spiral: Take each rolled log and form it into a spiral shape, starting from the center and coiling each new roll around it to create one large spiral.

8- Brush and Bake: Place the spiral in the prepared baking dish and brush the top generously with more melted butter.

9- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

10- Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving. Slice and enjoy warm!
