My very first sourdough loaf – I think this was a success!
Used Therapy by Sourdough’s basic sourdough recipe:
125g starter
500g flour
325g water
10g salt

Did 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 mins apart, bulk fermented for 4 hours (it’s like 35 degrees in Canada right now so she doubled QUICK)

Completely forgot to laminate and went directly into push/pulls which is why my crust cracked open maybe (through the decorative scoring on the right side) and then proofed in the fridge for 10 hours. Baked it at 450 in a hot Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 mins, took the lid off and baked for an additional 25. Cooled for an hour before slicing in. I think the crust could be darker in colour but I was afraid of over baking! Making another one for my parents today, excited to compare results
