Jerk chicken tacos with veggie-coconut rice, black beans, mango pico de gallo, and Trader Joe’s Habanero hot sauce

Absolute money and super easy.

Marinade a bunch of chicken in Secret Aardvark’s Jerk marinade for about 24 hours. I just took frozen Costco chicken breasts into a bag and threw the bottle in. Air fried it up while the rice and coconut milk did its thing and that’s about it!
