So beautiful. I grew elephant garlic for the first time this year. Def gave me the itch to start a bunch of hard neck garlic. Are u going to preserve any besides storage? Will this last u a year? Do u share? I’m trying to determine how much I need to order this fall for planting.

Last year I grew garlic and I’m still using it.
