Ingredients :

-Cooking oil 1/2 cup
-Frozen Seekh Kabab 10 -12
-Zeera 1 tsp (Cumin Seeds )
-Pyaz 1/2 cup ( Onion Finely Chopped )
-Adrak , lehsun paste 2 tbsp ( Ginger , garlic paste)
-Hari , Lal Mirch 2 tbsp ( Green , red chilies )
-Tamatar ka paste 1/2 cup ( Tomato Paste )
-Dahi 1/2 cup ( Yogurt )
-Pani 1 cup ( Water )
-Namak 1/2 tsp ( Salt ) or as per taste
-Dhara Mirch 1/2 tbsp ( Red chili Flakes )
-Haldi powder 1/2 tsp ( Turmeric powder )
-Dhania crushed 1 tbsp ( Coriander Seeds )
-Zeera Powder 1/2 tsp (Roasted Cumin Powder )
-Garam Masala 1 tsp
-Cream 1/4 tsp
-Kasuri Methi 1 tsp ( Dry Fenugreek leaves )
-Makhan 2 tbsp ( Butter )
-Hara Dhania , podina ( Fresh Coriander , mint leaves )
-Hari mirch 2 -4 ( Green CHilies )
-Pyaz as required ( Onion )
-Cream 3 -4
-Podina ( Mint Leaves )

Direction For Cooking :

-Take a wok add cooking oil add cumin seeds cook for a min.
-Add finely chopped onion cook until golden brown , add ginger , garlic paste and cook for 2 mins then add chopped green chilies and tomato paste and cook until oil separates .
-Add salt , red chili flakes , turmeric powder , coriander seeds crushed , cumin powder mix it well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add yogurt mix it well and cook until oil separates then add water and bring it a boil then add frozen kabab ( Cut into pieces )
-Mix it well cover & cook until water dries on low flame.
-Add cream , green chilies , fresh coriander , mint leaves , butter , garam masala , dry fenugreek leaves mix it well cover & steam cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame.
-Garnish with cream , onion and green chilies serve with naan and enjoy.
