    Wow 12 pounds more than an Ora King Tyee, you would be able to cut Salmon Steaks, not Salmon “Steaks”.

    google search is unclear, any of you Atlantic salmon eaters, do bigger salmon taste better than smaller salmon ? is there a sweet spot? or is it really all the same?
