What kind of ribs are Dino ribs? I’ve seen some beef ribs at Costco just not sure which to get?

Damn man where did she even get these? Called every butcher shop near me and they keep saying oh you mean the four bone chuck ribs? Can’t even get the three bone spare Dino ribs anywhere in Indiana.

I picked some of those up at an Alberstson’s out in the Rockies once. They were not out on the regular shelf. Started making small talk with the butcher, who turned out to be a bbq competitor. He knew I wanted some good meat to smoke and told me to wait there, he’ll be right back with something for me. They’ll give the best brisket a run for its money for sure
