2/3 cup ice cream and as much root beer as you like! The ice cream actually tastes good and has a nice texture for being a low cal option. Found both at Walmart. They're both zero sugar so hopefully they don't mess with my stomach but we will see 😂

I think 0 sugar means 0 added sugar. It still has sugar. Not that that’s bad.

Have you heard of NuNaturals cocoa syrup? It has stevia in it. Tastes like Hershey chocolate syrup. No calories. No sugar. I get it on Amazon: https://a.co/d/ekxARjT

I love to do my root beer floats with the added no sugar whipped cream (at Walmart) with a drizzle of NuNaturals in it. It’s decadent. Their coco chocolate mint is awesome too. It’s pricey but I don’t need a lot. I use it in everything too: oatmeal, coffee, yogurt…

Love this breyers ice cream and root beer too!

Good on you, however, be careful with 0 sugar things. Artificial sweeteners keep you in the sweetness dopamine cycle, can still trigger an insulin response, and they mess with your gutmicrobiome. Much better to (almost) entirely swear off sweeteners and sugar, as i have. You will feel crap for a week, like any addict, but then you will feel incredible and not crave these things. I still have a weekend cappucino and small cake, but it’s not as a part of stress eating/addiction.

Lots of artificial ingredients and sweeteners in this, just be careful.
