COOKING CLASS: TUSCAN COOKING IN RULES OF ART
Tucked away in the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, the villa on the Hotel Le Fontanelle property is a haven of peace and beauty where time slows down and cooking becomes an art to be shared. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11 a.m., the villa opens its doors to guests to immerse themselves in the scents and gestures of Tuscan tradition. In small groups (up to 6 participants, or 12 if already formed), genuine recipes will be prepared together: handmade pasta, dishes that follow the natural rhythm of the seasons, desserts with an ancient taste. Even the little ones will be protagonists, with a menu designed for young chefs, who will try their hand at simple and fun biscuits and doughs. The experience begins with a welcome flûte and continues with a bottle of Vallepicciola wine to tastefully accompany each phase of the cooking class. At the end, a convivial lunch celebrates the newly created flavours, served under the exposed beams of the kitchen. There is also a small wine cellar inside the villa, where it is possible to purchase wines from the Vallepicciola wine cellar, to enjoy during the cooking class or to take home as a souvenir. In addition, each participant will receive: a personalised apron, a digital recipe book and a certificate of participation. Cooking classes are also available for external guests and those staying at The Club House hotel. To ensure maximum comfort, a free shuttle service to the villa is available to make the whole day even more enjoyable.
