Hey, it’s summer time. Let’s make a capray salad. Okay, super easy. We need some evenly sliced tomatoes, and then we’re going to need fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and then we’re just going to stack them in order. Tomato, cheese, basil, tomato, cheese, basil, tomato, cheese, basil. Okay, we’re going to take our leftover basil, roll it up tight, slice it thin. We’ll put that across the top of everything just to make sure we got plenty for everybody. Then we’re going to come in with some extra virgin olive oil. Go across the whole thing. Get some black pepper on there. Little bit of sea salt. I’ve got some 20-year aged balsamic vinegar. That is amazing. We’re just going to drizzle that across the top. This is one of my absolute favorite things to eat during the summer. Okay, let’s try this. This is one of my all-time favorites. This is dynamite. Hey, hit the subscribe button.
