Terrific meal all around. Beautiful location and a stunning dining room with a great view of the kitchen. Very creative high level cooking throughout the meal, with a very warm and fun staff. The meal started off with a dazzling progression of canapés which took place in multiple areas of the restaurant. Pictured dishes include the signature lobster with pickled onions and thickened jus. A mix of warm spider crab and sea urchin with a spirulina seaweed foam on top. Raw shrimp with shrimp head aioli and fine herb oil. A raw yolk partially filled with truffle juice. A rose flavored shell filled with lychee liquid. A picture showing some of the canapés. Lastly, their famous picnic basket canapé presentation which included a smoked beef tartare tartlet, a local citrus filled with foie custard and a thick tart layer of citrus sauce, and a shot of vermouth.
