    Proper unagi is certainly something else. It’s so much better than the frozen packs of supermarket unagi that a lot of overseas places serve

    My favourite food! Maybe cos I first lived in Hamamatsu (unagi Mecca) when I came to Japan.

    If you like unagi, try and find some anago. It’s sea eel instead of fresh water. I think it’s way better.

    Love unagi. You should also try anago, which is salt water eel.
