That’s it. Not much else to say. MAKE THIS! 🤘🏼 Adam

Ingredients:
1.5 cups Garlic Cloves, cleaned and peeled
6-8 Jalapeños, cleaned and sliced
Honey, to cover

1. Add the jalapeños to the jar followed by the garlic. Cover with honey using a chopstick or skinny butter knife to work the honey so everything is submerged. The garlic will float to the top, don’t worry about this for now.
2. Cover and let ferment at room temperature for 3 days, stirring twice per day. Once the honey is thinner and the jalapeños have shriveled up, transfer the container to the fridge and use as needed.

P.S. I can’t give an exact expiration date on this stuff, but once you have it in the fridge it will last a VERY long time. For past concoctions, I’ve had it stay good for a couple months if stored in the fire in an air-tight container and stirred every so often. Remember, “your nose always knows” so just use common sense.

this is garlic and these are jalapenos and this is honey and together you make garlic jalapeno honey go figure we’re going to mix that together and let it sit on the counter for a couple days at room temperature making sure to stir every day a couple times a day so no mold grows that can happen so be careful both honey and garlic are antimicrobial and when you mix them together the garlic actually softens the honey and it makes a really nice infused you know sweet condiment you can use but when you add the peppers they kind of shrivel up and release their flavor and spice into the honey so it’s kind of like a hot honey Vibe this honey is good on a lot of savory things but one way I like to use it is to make wing sauce it’s totally good on its own but I mean Wings come on you got to have the BC where’s the blue cheese blue cheese people stand up [Music]

  1. As a Garlicafarian, I fully approve of this idea. Commenters make a good point as the pearl of allium shall not be abused and properly be made to ferment in acidic environment.

  2. I h8 food. This gay af mate. Stop making videos. YouTube, please remove this type of content from my feed asap thx.

  3. This is a recipe for Botulism. Anaerobic, non-acidic, held at room temperature. Honey and garlic are indeed antimicrobial but that doesn't mean they cant spoil and botulism can survive on all three ingredients here.

  4. try making this again except freeze dry the garlic and jalapeños beforehand. without all that excess water, there will be no risk of it developing mold, and the flavor were more efficiently infuse into the honey.
