Idk what happened at the bottom. I used this recipe but only bread flour: https://natashaskitchen.com/sourdough-bread-recipe/
455 g bread flour
10 g fine sea salt
345 g water
100 g active sourdough starter
This dough was too sticky after the first couple stretch and folds so I added a bunch of flour and I rly thought it was dead but it tasted good!
Besides that I followed the recipe and baked for 25 mins covered and ~25 uncovered.

Looks good, work on shaping, that’ll fix the bottom.
How many stretch and fold rounds did you do? Add more if the dough isn’t building enough tension instead of flour next time. Look up a quick shaping video – that’ll avoid the bottom next time. You did a great job! You should be proud of yourself!

Ahh this happens with my bottoms too. If anyone offers advice on this, would be much appreciated!
