I had a little left over kabob mixture so I reworked it with more salt to the point where it was super sticky on my wet hands. I’d say it worked out…..may have even found the perfect meal for my mini max (didn’t feel like firing up the XL for three skewers…..) Even got a nice char on them!

Those look delicious. Saw your post the other day, had to google them to find out what they are. Will definitely try them some day.
sweet! glad the salt trick worked out. amazing how “gluey” meat can become when mixed with salt.
Yum!
Is this like the kumitay?
What sauce did you serve with it?
I felt such a visceral full body high when I scrolled to the picture of it closed. It makes so much sense!!!! Doing this next weekend
For all interested, this is the recipe I used (I used all beef, no lamb): https://persianmama.com/kabob-koobideh-grilled-minced-meat-kabobs/
