   I use the microwave. Turn on the light above the stove for an hour or more and leave it on while the dough rises. But I couldn’t fit a whole sheet pan in there. I’m stuck with loaf pans lol

   When it’s cold, I just proof in the microwave with cup of warm water…but well how’s the proofing going?

   So what do you do? Run it for a bit to warm it up then put the dough in? Or just use the light?
