today my friend gerro is coming over and he brought some fresh eel of course we cleaned it rinsed it and then we grind it and to get the perfect smoked eel we had to Sun drry it until the skin felt like parchment then we hung the eel in the borac smoker and smoked it with a combination of Beach and Oak until we had a beautiful golden brown skin and the meat of the fish was super soft it was a real treat and it was a fun day of cooking Outdoors Sal

  3. Eel is one of the best fish you can smoke! I caught an 80 cm eel in a bavarian mountain lake, it was so good ! In german – Aalbrötchen mit viel Zwiebel 👌🏻
