* (13 oz) silk vegan whipping cream
* (11 oz) sweetened condensed coconut milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* (¼ cup) freeze-dried strawberry powder

Shortcake Crumble
* (10-ounce) boxes of “Back To Nature, golden crème sandwich cookies”
* 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
* 2 tablespoons vegan unsalted butter, melted
