    Trendy places at trendy prices

Reminds me of Demolition Man when they go to the fancy upscale Taco Bell that “survived the franchise wars” and he gets a tiny serving plated Michelin style

  2. GoGoBigman

I’m imagining them putting each individual topping on with tweezers

  3. Angstycarroteater

Not eating and Walking out without paying for that.

What? Not enough cheese for you? That looks amazing! I bet it’s fermented dough too. $20 for a Neapolitan sour dough style in Santa Fe no less is a deal.

Their margins are thick enough to support the World Trade Center

This is more of a crime to me than a lot of the pizzas with unusual toppings. I pizza that size should not cost that much. But pizza-flation is rampant.

Margherita pizza. Probably tasted good. Probably normal price in California.

  8. kroqeteer

That looks like a pretty solid pizza to me. I’ll take your word that it was flavorless somehow because the toppings look a little sparse, but certainly no crime here. Not guilty

$7 pizza in Napoli, some douche is holding your junk. Santa Fe has been overpriced for decades. Offer $6 with a nice tip. Then ask for a normal sized pizza for fun..

not enough sauce too much cook. why is there a whole entire basil leaf (s) like that

The markup on pizza is crazy especially after portnoy gives a solid review the prices go up looking at santoro pizza in Tampa

Possibly burned enough, expensive enough, and lacking in ingredients enough to be ‘perfect’. Ask the weirdos over at r/Pizza.

  13. I had a “fancy pizza” from a spot in DC called 2 Amys not only was the wait 1+ hr the pizza was what I can only describe as Mama Celeste thrown in a wood oven waste of money and time

Where’s tha fucking cheese that isn’t a pizza that’s bread with tomato sauce

  15. MrPaulProteus

Real fresh basil, real heirloom juicy tomatoes, sure it’s small and lopsided but I’d eat the fuck outta that

  16. Fragrant_Surround_68

Santa Fe. This? Define “don’t realize what you’ve got till it’s gone”.

  17. jarellano89

GIRL you paid $20 for a totino sized pizza with nary a shred of mozzarella and barely a spoonful of sauce?!!? That basil is pitiful too.

    Damn you got played.
