We were sold a bell pepper plant from a local farmers market, but now that the peppers are coming in, it certainly doesn’t look to be bell peppers. Looking to find out what it is so we know when we should harvest them!

About as generic a pepper pic there ever was. Nobody has any real clue. Ignore it all.

maybe banana pepper or hungarian yellow wax

Eat to see if it’s hot. That would narrow it down a bit.

Personally I think it looks like a banana – all of my Hungarian hot wax plants have upside-down peppers. Serranos are thinner, darker green, and more wonky

Based on the pepper and plant itself I’d say banana. It looks just like my banana pepper plant. Whether sweet or hot, not sure unless you wanna mail me that pepper to run a test.

Looks a whole lot like my Tabasco peppers before they turn red. Only time will tell but yeah nobody here can tell you
